Description
Rubicon’s Synapse H2O is the intelligent heart of a water heating system – heating water from the sun’s energy, using your existing electric geyser and element. The H2O both remotely controls and manages the system, providing historical and up-to-the minute status and performance information on the included iOS and Android monitoring app.
Through considering factors beyond just temperature, the system makes intelligent
decisions – ensuring that minimal grid power is used. When both grid and solar power
sources are available, the system favors solar as its power source, ensuring maximum
savings.
Synapse H2O's impressive feature set includes powerful remote free for life monitoring, full offgrid use, DC current leakage detection, a wide operating voltage range and more.

App Downloads
Download the Synapse H2O's Web Apps to your mobile device with these links. A web app is a website which can be viewed in the usual way with a mobile browser and it can also be installed just like an App. Rubicon provides 2 apps for the Synapse H2O eco-system.
User's Application
The User's Application requires a Synapse H2O's user to have been enrolled by a Qualified Installer before they can log in. Please contact your installer or Rubicon's Support if you have not yet been enrolled. Installers can share this link with their users by messenger or email and they can then open the link with their mobile browser.

Installer's Application
The Installer's Application requires a Synapse H2O installer to have been enrolled by Rubicon as an installer. Please contact Rubicon's Support if you have not yet been enrolled as an installer and to be given your login credentials, once you have completed the installation training. To Login, open this link with your browser on your Mobile Device:

Installing the Synapse H2O's Apps and adding them to a mobile device's home screen:
After opening one of the above links in a mobile device's web browser, depending on your browser / device, you can install the Web app to your home screen, just like any other app. The process for this varies from browser to browser, but the general idea is the same. Here are the instructions for popular web browsers:
Android devices:
- Firefox: you'll see a "home" icon with a plus (+) icon inside it — this is the "Add to Home screen" icon. Tapping this will show a confirmation banner — tapping the banner's big "+ ADD TO HOME SCREEN" button completes the action, adding the app to the Home screen. Note that in Android 8 and higher, a system-level "Add to Home screen" permission request will be shown first.
- Samsung Internet: you will see a circular icon with a downward facing arrow next to the address bar. Tapping the icon will shows a confirmation banner. Tap the "+ ADD TO HOME SCREEN" button to add the app to your home screen.
- Chrome for Android: the experience is slightly different. After loading the link, you'll see an install banner pop up asking whether you want to add this app to your Home screen. If you choose not to add it to your Home screen at this point, you can do so later using the "Add to Home Screen" icon in the main Chrome menu.
iOS devices:
On Apple's iOS (including iPhoneOS and iPadOS), the Safari browser supports web applications, including the add-to-home-screen feature. To add a web app to your home screen, tap the sharing button ( 
) at the bottom of the screen, which opens the sharing panel. Among the options should be the "Add to Home Screen" option, unless it has been removed from the list by the user editing the options displayed.
Choosing "Add to Home Screen" presents the confirmation dialog box, which both confirms that the user wants to add the app to the home screen and lets the user customize its name. Tap "Add" and the app is now included on the home screen.
Regardless of which browser and device you're using, when you choose to add the app to your home screen or app launcher, it'll look just like any other application - you'll see the app's icon and name. When you tap the app's icon on the home screen it will open full screen, without the browser's UI around it.
